SHIPPING:
I ship overnight next day air via UPS or FEDEX at my discretion. I ship in an insulated box. I use hot/cold packs when necessary. I may choose not to ship in extreme weather on either the sending or receiving end of a shipment.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
I do not accept returns. For the protection of my own collection and the offspring that I may sell to other customers I do not accept returns. Please be sure of your purchase before you buy.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Your reptile is guaranteed to arrive properly sexed, alive, healthy, feeding, disease and mite free. Please inspect your boa upon arrival. Any claims that a reptile arrived in poor condition or mis-sexed must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. If there isn’t an adult home to accept the package on the first delivery attempt, there is no guarantee. Once a healthy reptile arrives to you, I have no control over how you care for said boa and won’t be responsible for the health of the boa once 24 hours after shipment arrival have passed. There may be situations where sex cannot be determined with 100% certainty. You will be made aware of that in writing before a purchase is made. Some animals may require special tactics to keep them feeding including the need to find prey alternatives to rodents or the need for scenting. This will be made very clear and in writing before a purchase is made.
SALES TAX:
Residents of The Bluegrass State do have to pay 6% sales tax.
